Join Best Buddies Connecticut participants and supporters on Saturday, October 17 to help increase awareness and raise funds in support of Best Buddies programs.
The Best Buddies CT Friendship Walk includes a 1- or 3-mile walk starting at North Haven Middle School. Both routes will conclude at the Finish Celebration with lunch, team and fundraising awards and entertainment! Prizes will also be awarded for the top individual fundraiser and top team fundraisers!

Join Best Buddies Connecticut for the inaugural Best Buddies CT Golf Classic at Lyman Orchards Golf Club. “Tee one up for a buddy” and support friendship programs for people with intellectual disabilities in Connecticut. This outing will host a full field of golfers and feature a day of stimulating golf, dynamic contests and delightful food and beverage as well as amazing raffle and auction packages.

This summer Best Buddies Connecticut offered a Local Leadership Conference to all incoming student officers representing high school and college chapters and all advisors. This overnight conference featured educational sessions, guest speakers and trainers, Best Buddies Connecticut alumni student leaders and activities and games focused on the themes of leadership and teamwork.

Friendship Walk 09 - Team Captain Informational Session and Kickoff Reception

You are invited to attend the Best Buddies Friendship Walk Team Captain Informational Session and Walk Kickoff Reception! Come learn how to become an awesome Team Captain for the 1st annual Friendship Walk.
The Kickoff reception begins at 5:30 pm, and the presentation will begin at 6:00 pm sharp. Come hear more about the walk and learn how you, your friends and your company or organization can take part in this fun and exciting event. You will receive all the materials you need to be a Team Captain for the Walk and can even sign up that day!
